Dust2 VS Cache

I will chose cache all day. I seem to be unable to rotate from B on CT if Ts chose to simply go short on dust. Whatever i do i simply cannot do something to help my team. If i go xbox via mid doors i get onetapped by someone on cat, if i got CT and try elevator/ramp i again get one tapped. I know it is my fault and not the map's and i keep trying to get better, but its a long process.

Cache, at least in my personal opinion, feels a bit safer to play with safer rotations and a bit more "isolated" sites.
