Best way to climb up elo without tilting?

I personally only duo to climb, the psychological impact of having another friend in the game with you that you can rely on is impossible to describe. Climbing solo is not as fun in my opinion, and in the end lol is a game meant to bring enjoyment (even if it fails spectacularly sometimes)
