GMOD Server, Why do you stay?

When you join a Garry's mod server what makes you want to stay?

Is it the already established playerbase maybe the professional look of it.
Is it friends?

and are their any addons that when you see them you want to stay on the server or at least keep you on for awhile.


I have ran many communities on GMOD (AUS) and it always seems like stuff like mining, cool printer upgrades, maybe bitcoin and unique jobs keep people on. Maybe I am wrong though.
