[Hot] How to duplicate money in PayPal with using 2 accounts only!

Can anyone verify that this works? I am interested in trying it as I have a good amount I may be able to duplicate. Can this work like, for example, if I have say 20 dollars, and I duplicate that will it be 40 dollars or a smaller amount?
