sorry was hella a lot busy, well about your problem is that your download might have been corrupted because of slow internet speed and or the pause and resume download.

it got released a long ago and now ips 4.4 has also been released but has some few bugs so let me know if you want the new ips suites, themes, plugins, applications etc
