Finding a Death Note

I started to watch Death Note again last night and it got me curious so I thought I'd make this thread. Hope to see some interesting answers.

If you happened to come across a Death Note and knew what it did (from the instructions) would you use it?
Personally if I came across one I would be curious and would test it out a little like Light does.
Once confirmed it worked I would probably use it to my own ends at times.
I wouldn't go to the extent he does but in some cases I would use it yes.
