Is this a good pc for this pricepoint?

I'd stay away from any pre-built PCs, there is a reason why it doesn't list many of the components like motherboard, psu. It's because they're usually cheapest crap you can find in the market. I mean the cpu is pretty bad too, might even bottleneck your graphics card.
TLDR: Build your own pc.
