All you can do with this method :

If you are using and Apple device Igot a solution for you :
- Create a new account on the official Snapchat app that u get on the Appstore then delete it.
- Open Safari, go on google and search for : "dzmohaipa"and install it.You can also get the app on Tutuapp or all these chinese tweaked app stores
- When its done, get on the app u have installed close all ads (It can make u reload the app because of some ads that u cant close) then find "Phantom" and install it.
- Now open "Phantom" and enjoy
