No worries, he made some of them responsive and made changes to the themes (in some way?) and then put them up for sale.
Good move. I may do research in how hard/easy it is to make something responsive, may be a good tool to have under your belt, turning free themes responsive yourself ^^
I agree it does make a difference indeed. Makes it better for all visitors too.
