tobacco alternatives you use to smoke weed with ?

When i had ganja leafs i used those, now again i use tabacco, since i smoke bong i get pain in lungs... Anyone know good tobacco alternatives. I need something healthy. (and i can not afford so much money to smoke weed or hash without tobacco.)
