mywot api integration help please

I'd like to implement the mywot api (https://www.mywot.com/wiki/API) into the url shortener I'm using (http://codecanyon.net/item/premium-url-s...er/3688135) so the api will have to be done through php I believe.
I'd like to use thePhishing,Scam, andAdult content categories to block links from being shortenedthat are rated asUnsatisfactory,Poor, andVery poor in those categories.
If someone can help teach me how to do this it'd be a big help.
