What would be the benefit of getting it now? Remember how haswell had the 4770k before the 4790k? I believe that skylake will have a better improved version with possibly a faster stock frequency. Hopefully intel will pull something great off for gaming cpu's. Us gamers are not so interested in the million cores but the Cache and stuff is important!

As I said there is no benifit currently but in the future there might be. (More than sure that DDR4 is better than DDR3 in the future)
