You are talking like there is only one vcc "method"
Done it 3 times, always worked for me.
One lasted for a year.
Also it's instant, after they take a small fee to check it works, it's done.
Oh, i was talking about a free method.
How are you suppose to put money into a VCC, that's the only problem i don't understand.
Some vcc's have money on them. You can't add more though, mostly anyway.
If you want one for Paypal, you can try wikiverify or something.
