no. I am downloading the encrypted preload files. On day one the encryption key is given out and I unencrypt it and bypass Steams DRM.

Yes the dreaded DRM, heaven forbid if Steam were ever to vanish bye bye over 150 games!

Well.. How to explain this....

Steam encrypts the games files and allows users to download the game a few days before it releases.
on release day at 12:01 steam send clients the decryption key and the game is playable.

I don't own the game so I need a couple of DLLs to bypass steam saying "HEY MORON, BUY THE GAME. k thx bai." and opening the games store page.

Thanks for explaining, Its funny how people who have it pre-downloaded are all waiting for a simple key to unlock it. So close yet so far away!
