Revelate Userbar

Hello, I am looking for someone who is somewhat skilled in graphics design and would be able to make me a userbar for Revelate, and possibly a logo that matches.

I honestly don't want it looking like the current(Current is bad tbh..)
I was looking for something along these lines:


Color wise, I want the blue to be somewhat like the one on the current revelate userbar. Maybe more like the prime color but darker?
