Chocolate theme error

has anyone had this sort of error with the chocolate theme? Is there anyway of fixing this ? Or is it actually outdated not too sure what to do.. it does this whenever I try and post a thread ( will still post the thread but just gives an error like this ) or when I click to go on someones profile
