I have found a few good shoutboxes, but the latest message in the chats are displayed at the top.

Do you know how to display latest message down below like other forums?

You have to edit the files. Or it's an option in the settings, although it's normally an edit.

A simple edit as just view/edit the php directly?

Damn i wish i had their Shoutbox, they have nothing else custom made, it's just their shoutbox that's good.
