Yes, it's detected by anti-cheats as they scan for client side lua being executed. If the server has disallowed lua cheats and you have yours enabled through a bypasser, it will be detected.
This is just one of the few I found to work decently, therefore I shared it.

Got it dude. Make sure you read the readme.txt file in the SmegHack File folder.
Some stuff in it worked & some stuff did not, but the most useful stuff worked, so i +support your share ^^!
