Text Editor Problem

Hello, i have a problem with my text editor. Since i updated to version 4.4.6 and now 4.4.7 my editor does not open for text input in the messenger, only after i open an old message, and not always.
And also only full works good when making new topic.

I also try using the moono skin but results are the same. Sometimes works, sometimes not .

Nevermind, i have found the problem!

Admin cp > advanced configuration > data storage > select mysql database instead of file system I fix my problem after 2 weeks looking for solution.
