What do you look for in a DarkRP server?

I am making my DRP server, and wanted to get some feedback about what I should do to make it more fun for the players. Below are the things you can do in the server.

- Rob a bank
- Run an assembly company
- Run an oil company
- Run a mining company
- Steal from players
- Steal from companies
- Be hired by companies (Security, Labor, Transport, ect.)
- Regular DarkRP Jobs (Cop, Hitman, Gun Dealer, ect.)
- Be a Serial Killer.
- Be a Meth Cooker.
- Be a Black Market Dealer (Explosives, Unarrest Batons, Lockpicks)
- Probably some more things that I forgot about.

Does anyone have any suggestions for what I should do to make it more fun? What would you want to see on a server?
