From my knowledge, the "pl" extension is perl, but I could be wrong. Probably best to run it with Cygwin or some sort of *nix environment. I'd download and check, but y'know, I've only been here for a few months, so I don't have enough posts to download.

Edit: If it didn't think I was a leecher. It's a Perl script. Not sure how you would run it on Windows, might try Cygwin or looking for a perl interpreter for Winblows
