Denied Shoutbox

I don't know if this site already has one or not but I have looked everywhere for this. I was hoping we could add in a shoutbox for us members to chill in. Post memes,chat,ect... I really am suprised this site didn't have one but I can get it if theres a coding wrong or its against the rules. I think this site should have a shoutbox though at some point.
