Here's a quick release (not mine and is public already on different form)
Just inject the dll while in game, then when joining another game it will also download theirs as well.
Then stolen files in the root of the drive your Garry's mod is located, for example C:\friendly_stealer
D:\friendly_stealer
(It will be listed in the Gmod Console)
