RE: best way to build a website? 22-01-2020, 03:33 PM #2 Well if you are new i would definitely recommend using a CMS like wordpress and learn how to work with it in their manual they have pretty much description, but if you want to get your hands dirty with php code i would suggest learning OOP and dive into laravel.
