Most xbox exclusives are coming to windows now and PC gets lots of games through the early access program, like rust is coming to consoles this year but has been on PC since 2013. if you want exclusives go for a switch as you get the portability and the nintendo exclusives which are well worth it. if you want to go cheap you could go for a switch lite and go for a bit of a lower spec system and follow some of the tutorials by the youtube channel lowspecgamer.
