So I'm relatively new to coding with SOME experience but not an amazing amount and I'd like to improve how much I know about CSS mainly as I think I have the basics of HTML down, or at least what I need for now.

What are some good methods of learning the many things about CSS? Should I go to YouTube? If so who would be a good teacher with the subject? Thanks for any advice.
I personally am also very new to coding. I have bachelor degree in commerce and then I started my masters in computer. So I face issue learning new things sometimes.

Usually I go through from some books suggested by faculties [it helps at certain point]
I prefer to watch videos on youtube.

In answer to your question, you can start with basic HTML and CSS. Learn some cool parts of css like animation, gridbox, flexbox etc. And then try to make small js based games. Or responsive layout.

To make the learning even more interesting you can open your preferred website's source code in inspection mode and try to understand how it is lined up and how it functions. YouTube, Google meet and pinterest are basic moderate leveled htm and css to breakdown.

I wish you luck
