I would suggest going onto prominent dark rp forums and presenting your question, or try the face punch forums.
You could try googling things like addon to remove health visibility, or something which would change Hud layout. Although i definitely think that other forums who specialize in Dark Rp or garrys mod as a whole will help you better than my self.
