In my case I used to play tank and support, but if you only keep a tank your queues are reduced to less than 2 minutes, while dps and support can go from 5 to 15 minutes. There are quite a few people playing ranked, casual and custom games. I was quite surprised by the number of people who create their game modes and play with random people.
