Awards purchasable for real money - No. The fact that some people are hesitant alone to purchase upgrades, this makes for a less achievable awards for those who do not/cannot spend real money for those kind of things.
User owned awards - Maybe. If this will be implemented there could be saturation of useless awards. Maybe if NBB will have this, only upgraded/specific group of members can create awards that may be given. Also, if one would like to make their own award, they could either pay real currency or a couple of credits that way there will be control in awards made by users.
More awards - Yes. I don't see anything wrong with more awards. This will make for more activity throughout the forums since people will be trying to achieve those awards (depending on the award).
Credits games - Yes. As mentioned, there's really very little use for credits. This will also add more activity in the forum.
More custom features - Yes. Anything that may set Nulled apart from other forums would be great. Can't think of any right now but will add when I come across something.

I wouldn't really be a fan of the horizontal postbit. I think the vertical is just fine and that way, the awards won't need to be adjusted.
Agree with Natsu . Not only are horizontal postbits ugly imo, it will also make for more scrolling. This will make each page longer plus there would be a very huge useless space especially for those who do not have much awards. The classical postbits make each postbit compact and more visually "correct".

NBB already has a reputation system for the marketplace called "vouches".
