Plugin description:
Allow users to choose the hue of their Group Rank image!

Users can go to the UserCP -> Group Rank Hue. On this page they can change the hue. While sliding the bar, the group rank image will instantly update (a live preview).

The update group rank with the new hue will be shown on every post of this user.

The administrator can choose which usergroups can use the hue changer.

Plugin settings:
- Usergroups allowed to change the hue of their group rank.
