Plugin description:

Creates 4 new MyCodes; together with settings.
[hide ][/ hide] mycode will hide content until the user replied to it
[minposts =X][/minposts ] Will hide content until a user has X posts
[minregdate =dd/mm/yyyy][/minregdate ] Will hide the contents for users who registered after the specified date
[minref =X][/minref ] Will hide the contents for users who have less than X referrals.

Settings
There is a setting for each MyCode, to enable/disable it.
There is a setting to choose in which forums these MyCodes can be used.
There is a setting to choose which usergroups can post these MyCodes.
There is a setting to choose which usergroups will always see the hidden contents.
