EDIT:
Does not work - checked on win10 and win7 - 2 different PCs
App crashes on start (APPCRASH - KERNELBASE.dll - also tried downloading this DLL by myself trying to fix it)
There is only .vshost.exe app in rar - that's the one I checked

so this is what i got when i download it:
