What do you guys think is an acceptable age gap between a man and a woman

I have been attracted to women quite a bit younger, have been with women a bit older. Easy and simple to stay near your age but I think part of the fun of growing older is getting to expand your interest range and see people of varying ages in different lights. Generally on personal principle i stay over 21 simply cuz its easier when going out, can drink and whatnot.
