The best advice here would be to suggest several good books about the stock market. It's gonna be far more useful than reading posts on forums. Anyway, Here's my top 3:

2. How to make money in stocks by William O'Neil
3. Stock Investing For Dummies by Paul Mladejenovic
Well, you can also read the articles by forex brokers in india who usually make very nice research about the market situation, especially with the stock market.
