FPS boost help

So i play on my surface book and only get like 40fps with ALL video settings at fps boost, lunar clinet, and optifine as lunar has that. However i heard that mods/texture packs can increase fps by like 100, so does anyone have any textures/mods, mostly textures that (DONT change the actual textures and it stays the same vanilla type) but does change fps. Ive searched google but cant find anything. Does this exist or does anyone have any for me, thx
