Experiences of buying seemingly high tech hardwear for cheap on Wish etc

Hey,

Anyone got any experiences to share on buying what at least is advertised as high tech hardwear from Wish or other Chinese sites(other low cost country)?

Looking for a drawing pro drawing tablet, preferably one with built in display and a good larger stand alone display, kind of sucks to work on a 13" screen.

Sometimes prices on these sites arecrazy low but i'm wondering if the quality is anywhere near the original stuff?
