I decided to test the premium service and it's kinda affordable even for a poorass rat like me. Six bucks for one week. My only complaint is that some links are broken or wrong. For example, 1970s New York City Alley link is dead, and Modular Hotel points to Post Soviet Village. Tell Panda to fix it if he/she can, thanks.

Nothing is broken, if you had joined the telegram channel, you'd have the updates.

1970 s New York City Alley 4.26 Unreal Engine.RAR - 2.0 GB

Modular Hotel 426.RAR - 865.9 MB

If you search the pdf list, you'd see there are some links mixed up, it's constantly being addressed, nevertheless, the seeked file is there as well, just do a ctrl+f.... Unfortunately the PDF export causes some issues sometimes mixing up new asset links but once again, if you know the "keyword" to search for, or usually just check the NEXT item in the list, it'll have the link you need.

Every single moment it's in your face to "CONTACT PANDA AT https://[disallowed website]/ThreeDPanda" if you have broken links or anything to ask/report. There is support you know.
