Just have them register on Nulled. The server uses a system that gets their main username from Nulled and their UID. If they want to donate, a separate system will be in place from Nulled so they don't have to become an upgraded member here.

Like Zenith also asked, what if people get a name change more than twice? Mojang only allows name changes once a month if I'm correct and does that mean our MC names will be changed to our Nulled names automatically??
