weed for good health?

it really depends on some stuff, like any illness, or do you get easily addicted to stuff
1 thing I know about weed is that it has CBD (non-psychoactive) and its really good for you, even when you are a child no dought about it
but the problem is the THC (this is psychoactive) and for some people like one of my freinds can't handle this "stuff" and get really sick from smoking weed with this (THC) in it
