As it turned out, if in a country legalized marijuana, it doesn't mean that you can grow it yourself. The marijuana that was sold in my city was expensive, and I couldn't afford to buy it. I had to take marijuana because I suffer from terrible joint pain and nothing else helps me except marijuana.
