Nah, the mods in that game are mainly fun now. They're things like zombie survival and moonjump knife fights. At least to my recent experience.

With the buttons all over the place that take up the whole screen? I remember that. There's one that makes your sensitivity 100 too, it's hilarious because you either don't turn at all or take the RNG pill.
I mad a menu once. It was pretty badass lol
Personally, I like the MW2 ones more than COD4 mod menus because you can run around as a flying care package shooting harmless 105mm explosions.
