With the buttons all over the place that take up the whole screen? I remember that. There's one that makes your sensitivity 100 too, it's hilarious because you either don't turn at all or take the RNG pill.
I mad a menu once. It was pretty badass lol
Personally, I like the MW2 ones more than COD4 mod menus because you can run around as a flying care package shooting harmless 105mm explosions.
I used to host those a lot. My favorite mod was going into GTA V Deathmatch with god mode and unlimited ammo lol
