Denied Clean old posts on forum

- Clean old post
- Delete thread that topic is repeatable ( I saw 5 thread that basically the same topic)
- Delete thread with link that not working
- Make a preview/screenshot compulsory when giving leaks
- Delete leaks that repeatable (Again, I saw a lot of uploader recycle their content more than 3 times!)
