Tips for a beginner

I'm fairly new to all this exploiting and cheating stuff. I know lua decently but im not really finding any exploits on servers.
Any tips for finding more and what to look out would be cool.
I did find something with vjbase where you can spawn anything but not a lot of servers have vjbase so its not very useful.
