Locked Task: queue

"One of the routine maintenance tasks which run in the background has failed several times, which may indicate a configuration issue."

I've tried all sorts of task methods, all tasks get run except the queue task which is always stuck and never runs. There are 0 logs too so I don't know if there's a configuration issue or not.
