Best way to Learn?

hadn't had any experience with cheaters as far as I can remember. But there is smurf, maybe they can be seen as cheaters...
You should do some quick play until playing ranked, because when you got a rank you'll stick to it for a long time.
My advice is practice in quick play or arcade until you seem to be not too bad, in order to not be ranked bronze.
