I feel like a zombie

I'm awake since 52 hours and I feel like the walking dead. I've worked on different things for about ~ 45 hours, spent the rest of the time for a movie, two episodes of OITNB, eating and texting with friends.
Thinking about going to sleep for 3-4 hours, after I watched another 2 episodes.

I'm so dead, help.
