Ukraine VS Russia: War Crimes

All these war crimes should be dealt with by the International Criminal Court. If you care about Russia's war crimes, have the same scrutiny for NATO and its allies too. NATO should not respond with force and shouldn't establish a no-fly-zone--that would be one of history's riskiest scenarios for escalation and start a great power war.

The international community should isolate Russia for what it's doing, but one reason many countries won't is because that transitions power to the West and they need some coalition against the West's imperialism, war, and crimes against humanity. The United States functionally can't be tried for war crimes at the ICC. And Ukraine, though it has done far less damage than Russia, has been found with its own war crimes that get little attention, such as killing Roma and other marginalized people, filming POWs for propaganda, and using child soldiers.
