Custom usertitle

Some new mybb users out there might wonder how Cake (owner of LeakForums) can have a usertitle like this:

1. Get this plugin http://mybbhacks.zingaburga.com/showthread.php?tid=260
2. Got to ACP > Templates > Postbit Templates > postbit (or postbit_classic, if using classic mode)
3. Find

Code:
{$post['usertitle']}

4. Replace it with
